Aisling Bea
Aisling B a was born on 16 March, 1984 in Kildare Ireland. She was on QI along as well as Stephen Fry. Aisling O'Sullivan, more popularly known as the stage name Aisling Bea (born on 16 March 1984), is an Irish actor, writer and stand-up comic. Bea's career began in 2011 as a comedian following her appearance in a few roles on Irish and British television shows beginning in 2009. Following 2012, she was being featured in sketch comedy programs or sitcoms as well as other similar shows. Following her win at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, she was scheduled for a range of panel shows. She was a captain of the 8 Out of 10 Cats team from 2016 to 2017 and was an ongoing contestant on its spinoff 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. Her parents were Brian O'Sullivan, and Helen O'Sullivan. Sinead is her younger sister. The only ever woman to win So You Think You're Funny. Bea's surname is in honour of her late father. Aisling Cliodhnadh O'Sullivan is the daughter of a Kildare woman who was born in Kildare. Her birth date was March 16th 1984. The father of her Brian was an equine veterinarian who took his own life at the age of three. Bea was only three years old. She wasn't told about what happened to him until she reached the age of 13. In 2017 she published an article in The Guardian about the suicide of her father's family and took on the stage name Bea in tribute. Bea, along with her younger sister Sinead, were raised with Helen Moloney (n e Moloney) who was a jockey as well as a teacher at a secondary school. Her family were in love with racing meetings and horses. As a young girl, Bea was an assistant tour guide at the Irish National Stud however she realized at an early age that she was not attracted to the race industry for a profession, but instead enjoyed performing.
